- Who is this leadership workshop for?
- Managers and senior managers who lead teams, in groups of up to 20 from one company. It works best when participants are of broadly similar seniority. The buyer is usually a CEO, managing director or function head who wants their managers to speak up earlier and lead with more conviction.
- What makes it different from other leadership training?
- There are no models, acronyms or personality tests. Every exercise uses a real decision from the manager's own job, and the day is led in person by the author, drawing on three decades of senior leadership at HP, Oracle, Symantec and Panasonic.
- What will our managers be able to do afterwards?
- State what they believe as leaders in plain language, challenge a decision using evidence and good questions, respond well when they are overruled, advocate for their people, and ask their own team for honest feedback.
- Where is the workshop delivered?

- How long is it and what is included?
- One full day, 9:00 to 4:30, followed by a book signing. It includes two facilitators, a private workbook, a signed copy of The Bullsh*t Stops Here for every manager, a themes-only debrief for the sponsor and a group follow-up call at 30 days.
- Is what managers say on the day confidential?
- Yes. Workbooks are private, nothing is attributed to any individual, and the sponsor receives themes only.
